Lauren LaPorte is very proud to be a fifth generation New Orleanian. While her roots are in the Irish Channel, she grew up in Lakeview and Metairie, attending Mount Carmel Academy for high school. She used her TOPS Honors scholarship at LSU, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management within four years.

Lauren worked in the restaurant industry while completing her curriculum at LSU. Upon graduation, she returned home to her beloved New Orleans and continued working in the hospitality industry at the Omni Royal Orleans hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. It is here that she realized her love for her city as well as her knack for sales, which sparked her interest in the real estate market and led her to get her license in 2012.

Over the past 5 years, Lauren has been consistent in growing her business by at least 30% each year. She works with several out of town investors by helping them acquire, sell, lease, and manage their investment properties. She also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers by walking them through the process from start to finish. Her love for her city and real estate are quite apparent to her clients who have described her as prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Lauren has sold properties in New Orleans and its surrounding areas, including Uptown, MidCity, Lakeview, Gentilly, Metairie, Kenner, River Ridge, Harvey, and Abita Springs. She specializes in multi-family housing sales and is well versed in the current rental markets, especially in the Uptown and MidCity neighborhoods.
